2.5 Identify the chemical elements present in carbohydrates, proteins and lipids (fats and oils)

Carbohydrates - made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen
Proteins - made up of nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, sulphurphosphorus 
Lipids - made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen
