2.6 Describe the structure of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids as large molecules made up from smaller basic units

The structure of carbs, proteins and lipids are large molecules:

• Proteins are made up of amino acids
• Starch and glycogen are made up of simple sugar
• Lipids are made of fatty acids and glycerol
